BluShues Generations For Christ Initiative
BGFCI is a Christ-centered discipleship and leadership development initiative designed to raise a new generation of young people, children, and families from unreached and underserved communities who are grounded in Scripture, equipped for Christian leadership, actively engaged in their local churches, and empowered to positively transform their communities. The initiative is built around two interconnected program strands: the Global Youth Ambassadors for Christ Program and the Faith-Based Literacy and Scripture Engagement Program.
Our Core Programs
Global Youth Ambassador for Christ Program
The flagship component of the initiative, designed to equip young people ages 13 to 30 from underserved and unreached areas with spiritual foundations, leadership skills, and practical experiences to become faithful disciples, servant-leaders, and positive influencers in their churches and communities.
Faith-Based Literacy and Scripture Engagement Program
Focused on children ages 8 to 12 from underserved communities and their families, this program supports literacy growth through a faith-based educational approach that strengthens family discipleship and opens a deeper pathway to God’s Word.

Church Partnership Expression of Interest
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Established for at least 2 years.
- Pastoral approval.
- Safe and suitable program space.
- At least 2 trusted adult mentors.
- Ability to mobilize youth and children for discipleship, mentoring, literacy, and leadership activities.
- Commitment to safeguarding, active local coordination, community outreach, and basic reporting.
- Understanding that submitting an Expression of Interest does not automatically guarantee funding or financial support.
